“Magic diet” helps Ciara fight epilepsy

At one point in her life, Ciara was experiencing as many as 150 seizures a day, and needed to wear a helmet to prevent head injuries. While her rare form of epilepsy has no known cure, she has found relief by changing the way she eats.
