We look forward to caring for your child. To provide the best possible care, we ask you make the following preparations before your visit.

Before the appointment
- Review our general first appointment information to help you prepare.
- Complete and bring all necessary paperwork, including our Allergy Questionnaire and your child's past allergy test results.
- Know if your appointment is with an advanced practice nurse (APN), your child will be seen first by the APN and then by the attending physician.
- Stop (five days before) only medications containing antihistamines that your child takes. Do not stop any other medications.
- Refer to this table, as many over-the-counter cold medicines contain anti-histamines. Please check the label or ask a pharmacist to see if an anti-histamine is present.
