Before your visit
- Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment? Please call us at 773.880.4354 at least 24 hours in advance. It helps us, and it helps other families receive timely care.

Bring with you
- Your child's growth charts and any relevant lab results.
- Any notes and/or test results from any other GI or liver specialist who has seen your child.
