Clinical
trials are a major focus of the
Pediatric Cancer Program and the Falk Brain Tumor Center, and we offer a number
of innovative institutional protocols including up front therapy for brain
stem gliomas, treatment of neurofibromatosis, protocols involving stem cell
rescue, as well as therapies for recurrent tumors.

CureSearch unites the world’s largest childhood cancer research organization,
the Children’s Oncology Group, and the National Childhood Cancer Foundation
through our shared mission to cure childhood cancer. Research is the key to
cure.

Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium (PBTC)
The Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium is a group that is dedicated to the
treatment of childhood brain tumors. It is made up of ten pediatric
neuro-oncology centers in the United States. The PBTC is a clinical cooperative
group (a network of hospitals working together) supported by the National Cancer
Institute (NCI).
