The Department of Pediatrics is the pediatric medicine training arm for Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The department comprises more than 230 full-time faculty members and is organized into 16 clinical divisions and seven research programs. Faculty members of the Department of Pediatrics have active research interests that are pursued either in research labs of the Children's Memorial Research Center or in labs at the medical school.
