Our Division of Pulmonary Medicine cares for more children with lung and breathing-related conditions than any other healthcare facility in the Chicago area.
Clinical services include a cystic fibrosis center, bronchoscopy services, a full-service pulmonary function laboratory, a pulmonary physiology laboratory, a program for children with complicated ventilator needs, and a sleep medicine center. Pulmonologists also work with our Heart Center specialists in fetal/neonatal medicine and cardiac critical care.

Ranked 17th in the nation by U.S.News & World Report for pediatric pulmonary care, Children's Memorial is only one of two hospitals in the Chicago metropolitan area that are ranked nationally among the Best Children's Hospitals.
We are also home to one of only two accredited training programs in Chicago that teach physicians the most effective ways of treating children with lung and breathing-related disorders.
