"Happy bladder" diet
The diet here is helpful in approximately ten percent of children who wet.

| NO drinks with carbonation (Coke, Pepsi, 7 Up, diet drinks etc.) or with artificial colors (Koolaid ®, Hawaiian Punch, Hi-C, etc.) | Cranberry juice |
| NO citric acid (orange, lemon, grapefruit) | Nectars |
| Avoid vitamins with artificial color and Vitamin C | Apple juice |

Follow diet for two weeks then gradually reintroduce foods. Watch for wetting again.
