Employee referral program

Children's Memorial Hospital's employee referral program can help friends benefit from a new hire's employment at Children's Memorial too. Eligible employees can earn a cash award of $1000 (subject to taxes) by referring an external applicant who is then hired into a designated vacant position.

The referring individual will receive $500 when the referral is hired and another $500 if the new hire works for Children's Memorial for six months. (This amount will be pro-rated for part-time referrals.)
