Need a doctor? KIDS DOC is the place to start

KIDS DOC is families' central access point to Children's Memorial.

Dedicated pediatric nurses are available at 1.800.543.7362 (1.800.KIDS DOC®) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and can help you with new patient appointments.

Staff members in our central registration department are available from 7 a.m to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday to help you complete registration for an upcoming scheduled appointment.

They can help you:

• Find a pediatric specialist or pediatrician
• Schedule a first-time appointment, or request an appointment
• Complete your appointment pre-registration
• Get automated driving directions to our multiple locations
• Answer general questions, via phone or e-mail (please do not send your child's health information over this e-mail; all e-mails are answered within three business days)
