Patient Relations

Patient Relations helps families with complaints, compliments, problems, questions, or other special needs. Representatives act as "go-betweens" for families and the hospital. Patient Relations also helps patients and their families understand their rights and responsibilities.

The office is open Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached at 773.880.4068. On evenings and weekends, the hospital's administrative coordinator is available to address patient/family concerns. After hours, call 773.880.4000 and ask to have the administrative coordinator paged.
