Online toolkit for referring practices

Connections is for physicians & practice managers.

This is an exciting year for us. As you have hopefully heard, this summer we will become Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and we will move our main hospital from Lincoln Park to a new, state-of-the-art facility in downtown Chicago.

While we are moving the main hospital downtown, we are not leaving Lincoln Park. Our Outpatient Center in Lincoln Park will remain open with expanded services.

Several division offices have already moved, and more are expected to relocate between now and Saturday, June 9, the main hospital’s inpatient move date.

During this transition time, we will work hard to keep you apprised of change, and continue to communicate with you about where our specialists will see patients and what our new phone and fax numbers will become.
